Boundless Refuge is a sangha (community of spiritual practice) offering a range of opportunities to study and practice with founding teacher Milo North Burn.

Our silent meditation retreats range from several days to three months and are held at our retreat center in Mendocino County. In the San Francisco Bay Area and online, we also offer Dharma talks, monthly daylong retreats, one-on-one practice discussions, and many other opportunities to stay connected through our growing sangha.

Guided by the ancient principle of dāna (generosity), we trust that the Dharma is nourished by a culture of shared generosity and mutual support.

Explore our ecosystem offerings to support practice in daily life: individual teacher meetings, monthly daylong retreats in the Bay Area, online Sangha, and weeklong retreats and events at our retreat center.

Our three-month retreat reimagines the ancient Buddhist tradition of Vassa and is a precious opportunity to explore the transformative depths of practice. Learn more and apply for our next cohort.
