It is said that for the unfolding of the Path, the essential ingredients are sitting and meeting: meditation and meeting with a teacher.

There are several ways to do this with me.

The first and simplest is a once-off practice discussion, which is offered freely. Simply email me to request one.

Practice discussions are also an integral part of the retreats I offer through Boundless Refuge, which are dana-based.

I also offer a Mentorship in Daily Life program, my only paid offering. This is an opportunity to study closely with me over three months while remaining fully engaged in ordinary life. It bridges the gap between the intimacy of intensive retreat and the independence of everyday practice, bringing the whole of life—relationships, work, body, emotions, and everything else—into the practice.

The program includes an extensive intake, weekly individual meetings, monthly group practice discussions with other mentees, and a commitment to daily sitting. It welcomes those who are completely new to meditation, those with many years of practice, and those who have experienced significant openings or awakenings and are exploring how to integrate them into daily life.

The intention is to turn ordinary life into a practice period, either without retreat or as part of a continuous practice that includes retreats. Mentorship can take place in person or online.

The cost is $580 per month, or $1,740 for three months. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available.
